SHIPPING
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You can check estimated delivery times on the relevant product or checkout page.
For orders shipped outside the EU, import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees may apply and are not included in the price you see at checkout. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility to pay before your package can be released.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict exact amounts. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering.
REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear. This helps us keep quality high and reduces unnecessary returns.
Return shipping costs
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, including international return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm the parcel arrives safely.

Refund
